Project Manager

Rgheeb is looking for an accomplished Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop detailed schedules, allocate resources, and manage stakeholder communications. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members. Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing key performance indicators to ensure successful outcomes. Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Coordinate with various departments, ensuring a collaborative approach to project execution. Facilitate meetings, stakeholder discussions, and project documentation. Prepare and manage project budgets and resource allocation. Evaluate project outcomes and learn from successes and challenges to enhance future projects. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in project management software and tools. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
