Manage organization's contracts portfolio. Ensure contracts are current, compliant and aligned with business objectives. Provide expertise, guidance and oversight to contracts staff. Bachelor's degree in  Engineering, Business, Law or related field Knowledge of contracts and contracts management practices Demonstrated success managing comprehensive commercial tasks • Maintain organization's master list of all contracts and agreements • Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with laws and organizational policies • Identify and address contractual risks and issues impacting the organization • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors, suppliers and other parties • Develop and maintain contract management processes, standards, and guidelines • Oversee approvals, renewals, and amendments to contracts as needed • Review work of contracts staff to ensure accuracy, completeness and adherence to standards • Manage escalations, disputes and legal issues related to contracts • Monitor portfolio for contracts due to expire and implement renewal strategy • Evaluate technologies used for contracts management and recommend improvements • Stay abreast of changes to relevant laws, policies, and business environment impacting contracts
