In this role, you will play a key part in the management and enhancement of our HRIS, ensuring that our human resources operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Senior Specialist in HRIS, you will take the lead in configuring and implementing HR systems, streamlining HR processes, and utilizing data analytics to support informed decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the HRIS to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Lead the implementation of new HRIS modules and enhancements, ensuring successful project management from inception to rollout. Provide expert guidance and support to HR teams in utilizing HR technology for strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. Conduct data audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR information, implementing solutions for identified discrepancies. Generate complex reports and analyses to drive HR strategy and
