Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness to play a key role in ensuring that our venues and facilities are fully prepared for launch and ongoing operations. You will work closely with various departments to assess operational readiness, identify potential risks, and implement strategies that promote smooth and efficient operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of one of the largest entertainment and sports destinations in Saudi Arabia by supporting operational excellence from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support operational readiness activities across all project phases. Conduct readiness assessments and gap analyses to identify and mitigate risks prior to launch. Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness. Assist in developing and delivering training programs for operational teams. Monitor key performance indicators related to operational readiness and report on progress. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes. Maintain documentation and communication regarding readiness status and action plan
