Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Director - Operational Readiness to support the delivery of operational readiness initiatives for world-class entertainment and cultural projects. In this role, you will play an essential part in coordinating cross-functional readiness activities, monitoring operational preparedness, and helping ensure smooth project launches that align with Qiddiya’s vision and high standards. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of operational readiness plans to guarantee successful project openings. Collaborate closely with project, operations, and training teams to integrate operational requirements and readiness milestones. Assist in conducting readiness assessments, identifying gaps, risks, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions. Help coordinate and manage training programs for operational staff to ensure optimal preparedness. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
