Conducts Quality assurance test on sample collected from time to time. Communicates with the companies for instruments or reagent deficiencies or purchasing new one. Approves external requisitions for reagents and disposable before submitting to the purchasing office. Coordinates with other departments for feedback pertaining to laboratory work. Introduces new procedures/investigations in the laboratory. Helps in continuing education program for laboratory staffs and other department as well. Performs complicated and critical tests besides sharing his staff in laboratory test especially when there is lot of work Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
