Opportunity Overview We are pleased to announce CO-OP Training Opportunities for motivated undergraduate students who are seeking hands-on, practical experience in the construction industry. This program is designed to bridge academic learning with real-world application, giving trainees exposure to ZODCON’s large-scale projects, advanced technologies, and professional workplace environment. Fields of Training CO-OP trainees will be placed in different departments based on their field of study and ZODCON’s business needs, including (but not limited to): Engineering: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Design Engineering Project Management & Planning (Primavera Unifier, Oracle HCM Workforce Structures) Human Resources & Administration (HR operations, talent management, mobilization) Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Procurement
