We are looking for a Commercial Planning Manager to lead commercial planning activities across assortment, inventory health, SKU productivity, and range optimization. The role will translate commercial strategy into actionable plans that improve assortment productivity, reduce overstock, optimize inventory, and support profitable growth. You will work closely with Category Management, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Master Data, Commercial Excellence, and Media Buying teams to drive planning decisions and ensure strong execution. Key Responsibilities Lead assortment planning and range optimization across categories. Monitor inventory health, overstock, slow-moving and aged stock , and drive clearance actions. Lead SKU rationalization to improve product and category productivity. Analyze sales, margin, stock cover, availability, and SKU performance to identify opportunities and risks. Support monthly, quarterly, and seasonal commercial planning activities. Work closely with Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and other key stakeholders to align plans and drive execution.
