Job Description Overview The Cost Control Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and controlling project costs throughout the lifecycle of the Projects. The role will support project management in maintaining budget compliance, cost forecasting accuracy, financial reporting, and effective commercial decision-making. Your role Cost Planning & Budget Management Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets and cost control systems. Establish cost breakdown structures (CBS) aligned with project work packages and contract requirements. Track project expenditures against approved budgets and identify cost variances. Support the preparation of baseline budgets for bridge and infrastructure construction activities. Monitor commitments, actual expenditures, and forecasted costs throughout the project lifecycle. Cost Forecasting & Reporting Prepare detailed cost forecasts and cash flow projections. Perform monthly cost reviews and analyze project cost performance. Identify potential cost overruns and recommend mitigation measures. Prepare periodic cost reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. Ensure accurate forecasting of final project costs and estimate-at-compl
