Purpose Establish and lead Qiddiya’s Workplace Capital Delivery & Technical Services capability, creating an integrated function responsible for the strategy, governance and delivery of the corporate workplace capital portfolio. The role translates workplace strategy into world-class environments by integrating workplace design, architecture, engineering, sustainability, programme delivery and technical governance. Reporting to the Executive Director, Workplace, the role builds organizational capability, develops standards, and leads multidisciplinary specialists and partners to deliver future-ready workplaces that enable organizational performance, employee experience and long-term asset value.
