Role Description Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Director - Delivery - Contracts to join the Residential Delivery team and provide contractual leadership across major residential development projects. The role will work closely with project delivery leadership to ensure construction and consultancy contracts are effectively administered throughout execution, with a strong focus on contractor performance, contractual risk, change management, claims, dispute avoidance and successful project close-out. This is a project and delivery-focused role, requiring someone who combines deep contractual expertise with a strong understanding of construction and project delivery. The successful candidate will be expected to translate contractual requirements and risks into practical actions that protect programme, cost and delivery outcomes.
