The Director will be responsible for developing financial and procurement strategies, managing budgets, optimizing resource utilization, and driving compliance with organizational policies and regulations. The role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in both finance and procurement, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver value and achieve organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the finance and procurement departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational requirements. Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporat
