As Director/Senior Director - Operational Planning & Performance, you will help translate strategic priorities into coordinated operating plans, enabling leaders across the business to align around shared goals, track progress, and support strong execution. Responsibilities Lead the annual and periodic enterprise planning cycles, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, business plans, and operational priorities. Develop and implement robust performance management frameworks, KPIs, and reporting processes across multiple business units. Establish governance structures and planning methodologies that support effective execution and accountability. Partner with senior functional leaders to align business priorities, res
