As Director - City Asset Management, you will help shape how social assets are prepared, managed, and optimized across City Operations. This role is focused on protecting long-term asset value while supporting high service standards, operational effectiveness, and commercial performance across a broad portfolio. Responsibilities Lead portfolio-level management of social assets to ensure readiness, service quality, lifecycle performance, commercialization, optimization, and long-term value realization across City Operations. Drive asset lifecycle planning and portfolio performance management across city assets. Oversee service quality management and handover readiness to support operational success.
