Support financial oversight and control of Facilities Management services to ensure cost efficiency, transparency, and compliance. Your role Monitor FM budgets, expenditures, and cost performance across the network. Review contractor invoices and verify payments against contract terms and service delivery. Track cost variations, identify discrepancies, and support cost control measures. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses. Support audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures and controls. Coordinate with finance and FM teams for accurate reporting and reconciliation. About you Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Minimum 3+ years’ experience in accounting or financial management roles. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems. Professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
