Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations while supporting the full recruitment cycle and various HR activities. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Assist in preparing employment offers and onboarding documentation. Support new employee onboarding and orientation activities. Maintain HR records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Prepare recruitment reports and update recruitment trackers. Assist with employer branding initiatives and career fairs.
