Job Purpose HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly qualified HSE Manager to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will drive the program-wide health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management framework and compliance strategies for a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity. You will be providing program-level leadership, governance, coordination, and strategic HSE oversight for all safety, welfare, environmental, and sustainability compliance activities across the program, ensuring that HSE risks are effectively managed and fully integrated into all packages to facilitate informed decision-making for PMCM Management and the Client, while supporting the successful delivery of the overall development program.
