Prepare cost estimates and facilitate negotiations with suppliers. Project Management: Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals on-site. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and guidelines. Post-Completion Follow-up: Conduct site visits post-completion to ensure client satisfaction. Address any issues that arise after project completion. Educational Background Minimum : Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Professional Experience 3-5 years of interior design experience, managing projects from concept to completion. Skilled in creating mood boards, color schemes, materials, and finishes. Licenses & Certifications Licensure or certification by a recognized board is preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona, Revit (BIM preferred), 3ds Max. Strong understanding of materials and fabrics used in interior design.
