The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support across the company's corporate, commercial, contractual, and project-related activities, ensuring compliance with applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and company policies. The role will work closely with management, project teams, procurement, finance, HR, consultants, contractors, and external legal advisors to identify legal risks, review and manage contracts, support negotiations, and provide practical legal guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
