Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, positioned in the kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project, will provide visitors access to two nature-focused resorts. With 361 rooms, 11 distinct dining concepts, including overwater restaurant with views of the Red Sea and the mangroves, and a Spa. Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure. Act as a key point of contact in the lobby, assisting guests with inquiries, directions, hotel information, and local recommendations. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to create memorable experiences. Escort VIPs, long-stay guests, and special occasion guests when required. Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to proactively engage with guests. Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other requests. Support service recovery efforts by promptly addressing guest concerns and ensuring timely resolution. Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, wellness offerings, and special events. Diploma and Degree from preferably hospitality or related field. Minimum 1 year relevant experience. Excellent communication skills in English. Possesses strong interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of ultra-luxury wellness concepts and brand alignment. Experience in pre-opening operations, project coordination, and setup of wellness facilities is highly preferred. Ability to create innovative and culturally relevant wellness experiences aligned with the Red Sea destination. A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.
