Key Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently and safely. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in machinery and equipment. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations. Manage maintenance records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting skill development and adherence to safety protocols. Assist with the procurement of parts and materials necessary for maintenance and repairs. Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Proven experience as a Maintenance Foreman or a similar leadership role within an industrial setting. Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with knowledge of hydraulic systems. Technical certification or diploma in engineering or a related field. Familiarity with preventive maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Commitment to safety and knowledge of applicable safety regulations.
