Responsibilities: Conduct preventive, predictive, corrective, and routine maintenance on production machinery, utilities, electrical systems, automation equipment, and facility infrastructure to support business continuity. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, HMI, instrumentation, hydraulic, pneumatic, servo, and electromechanical systems to minimize downtime and maintain uninterrupted operations. Perform root-cause analysis of equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence and protect operational continuity. Replace faulty components and carry out lubrication, alignment, adjustment, calibration, and functional testing to restore assets to safe and reliable operating condition. Develop and continuously improve maintenance strategies that enhance asset reliability, availability, performance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and business continuity. Maintain equipment reliability and operational continuity by ensuring proper calibration of maintenance tools, identifying and optimizing spare-parts requirements, monitoring critical-stock shortages, and standardizing suitable components.
