The FP&A Manager for Operating Assets will be responsible for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, analysis, and performance monitoring of some of Qiddiya’s operating assets, including theme parks, hotels, golf courses, and sports venues. This role serves as a bridge between the FP&A department, the Finance Business Partner function, and the Asset Management/Operating Assets teams, working closely with FBPs to provide decision support, performance insights, and strategic financial recommendations. Essential duties and responsibilities: Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for operating assets in collaboration with FBPs and Asset Management Support scenario planning for pre-opening, ramp-up, and stabilization phases of assets Track and analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to FBPs, asset managers, and leadership Develop dashboards and performance reports in collaboration with the FP&A reporting team using tools like Power BI and Anaplan Collaborate with FBPs as finance’s point of contact for asset management and operating teams, supporting operat
