Job Purpose The Manager – IT Strategy and Planning is responsible for developing, driving, and governing the Technology strategy, operating model, and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities. The role leads strategic planning activities, portfolio governance, performance management, budgeting coordination, and transformation initiatives across the Technology function to support Qiddiya's long-term vision and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Governance Develop and maintain the Technology strategy, roadmap, and strategic initiatives aligned with corporate objectives. Support the definition and execution of the Technology operating model, governance framework, and organizational priorities. Establish and monitor Technology performance indicators, strategic objectives, and key results (OKRs/KPIs). Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive-level reporting. Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management Lead the annual Technology strategic planning and workforce planning cycles. Develop and maintain the Technology portfolio roadmap and investment priorities.
