You will work closely with various departments to assess operational readiness, identify potential risks, and implement strategies that promote smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support operational readiness activities across all project phases. Conduct readiness assessments and gap analyses to identify and mitigate risks prior to launch. Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness. Assist in developing and delivering training programs for operational teams. Monitor key performance indicators related to operational readiness and report on progress. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes.
