Role Overview : The organization is a flagship gigaproject under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, aiming to create a world-class entertainment, cultural and lifestyle destination. The Manager – Policies and Processes is responsible for developing and maintaining standardized procurement policies and processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. This role ensures governance structures are in place, drives process improvement initiatives, and supports strategic decision-making through data insights. The role also oversees the effective communication, implementation, and training on new policies and processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities : 1.
