General Summary About the Role / Project scope The Programs Manager plays a critical role in the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of Qiddiya Real Estate LearnLab (QREL)’s Learning Programs aimed at Sales & Leasing professionals. QREL is designed to establish a consistent, scalable, and industry-leading approach to capability development across Residential, Retail, Office, Land, and broker partner channels, supporting Qiddiya's strategic ambition to become a benchmark for real estate learning excellence. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Programs Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital learning programs, including curriculum design, content development, development of learner journeys, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, learning operations, and continuous improvement. The role ensures that all learning programs are aligned with business priorities, industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and evolving market and QIC needs.  Working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, instructional designers, Digital Systems and Learning Experience teams, and external partners, the Programs Manager
