Position Summary HanmiGlobal Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified Mechanical Inspector to join its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for a major residential development project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting mechanical construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and applicable engineering codes throughout the construction and commissioning phases. Project: Major Residential Development Project Key Responsibilities Inspect mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, LPG (where applicable), chilled water systems, and associated building services. Review contractor Inspection Requests (IRs) and conduct inspections in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Verify that installed materials comply with approved material submittals and project specifications. Witness pressure testing, flushing, balancing, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities. Identify non-conforming works and issue inspection observations and reports.
