Job Description Overview The Mechanical SME will serve as the technical authority for all mechanical engineering aspects of the Projects, providing specialist expertise during design review, construction supervision, testing, commissioning, and handover of bridge-related and infrastructure mechanical systems. Your role Technical Leadership & Subject Matter Expertise Act as the lead Mechanical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Clients. Provide technical guidance and specialist support to project management, engineering, construction, and commissioning teams. Review and validate mechanical engineering designs, specifications, calculations, and technical submissions. Ensure project mechanical systems are designed and constructed in accordance with project requirements, international standards, and client guidelines. Lead technical reviews and provide recommendations for optimizing system performance, reliability, and maintainability. Design Review & Engineering Coordination Review mechanical design packages for compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
