Medical Insurance & Employee Wellness Director Date: Sep 10, 2026 Location: SA Company: stc Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for overseeing healthcare policies, insurance operations, clinical services, and healthcare funds across stc Group; managing vendor relationships and budgets; mitigating healthcare-related risks; delivering healthcare programs and campaigns; analyzing health data to support decision-making; and ensuring the effective provision of medical services and specialized support to employees, retirees, and eligible dependents in compliance with applicable standards and organizational objectives. The role holder shall carry out job duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.    Job Responsibility Participates in the development and implementation of Medical Insurance & Employee Wellness plans, in line with the corporate objectives.  Directs and manages the Medical Insurance & Employee Wellness mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.  Interprets and implements change in the Medical Insurance & Employee Wellness providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the   Medical Insurance & Employee Wellness Lead all Medical Insurance & Employee Wellness activities & services for stc Group – as per the signed agreements with concerned subsidiaries - : Manage healthcare policy performance for stc group. Manage and maintain daily health insurance operations in multiple service areas like (registration , contract administration, claim processing, and etc.) for stc group  Manage and utilize all healthcare services fund (medical condition fund, special case fund) in stc. Participate in healthcare services vendors in terms of contract and negotiation on better premium rates and services  Identify and analyze risk associated with healthcare policies and work to minimize risk of financial losses  Manage and maintain STC Clinic in HQ and in stc group in implementing, managing and maintaining clinics in compliance with safety standard. Conduct healthcare campaigns across regions for stc group. Coordinate with  Analytics for studying mortality, accident, sickness, disability and other data points for stc group Manage execution of healthcare services to employees’ parents and retired employees for stc group, and rehabilitation coverage for employees’ children with special needs for stc. Interact with related Finance teams in terms of healthcare services budgeting, and finalize the budgeting Manage studying the medical cases and share the recommendation to the stakeholders (WFH for crises, fit to work, ERP) Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the team and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process. Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Medical Insurance & Employee Wellness mandates, in line with the business and operational plans. Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Medical Insurance & Employee Wellness Job Responsibility (cont.)
