We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring team performance, tracking KPIs for Team Leaders, pickers, and other operational staff, and ensuring that all processes are running efficiently. The role involves supervising warehouse activities, ensuring accurate order preparation, and confirming that goods are delivered to all branches correctly and on time. The Operations Supervisor will also work closely with different teams to maintain high operational standards and resolve any issues that may arise.
