Role Purpose Drive commercial growth and strategic partnerships for the Film Studio asset by identifying new business opportunities, building industry relationships, supporting occupier attraction, and strengthening the studio’s role within the entertainment and creative ecosystem. The role is focused on developing partnerships that improve occupancy, utilization, revenue generation, and long-term ecosystem value. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem collaborations that support occupancy, utilization, and revenue growth. Develop and maintain relationships with studios, production companies, content creators, creative operators, service providers, training partners, and other industry stakeholders. Build and manage a structured commercial pipeline aligned with occupancy targets, partnership priorities, and long-term commercial sustainability. Support development of anchor partnership models, commercial proposals, and collaboration frameworks tailored to the Film Studio offering.
