Duties And Responsibilities : 1            Provide personalized coordinated care, support and treatment for patients and families. 2            Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect. 3            Involve patients, families and caregivers by providing them with education and resources for offering optimal support to promote recovery. 4            work with patients who have a range of conditions, including neurological, neuromusculoskeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory, sometimes over a period of weeks. 5            Assess and treat their physical problem/condition; 6            develop and review treatment programmers that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques; 7            involve parents and careers in the treatment, review and rehabilitation of patients; 8            educate patients and their careers about how to prevent and/or improve conditions; 9            write patient case notes and reports and collect statistics; 10        liaise with other healthcare professionals, to exchange information about the background and progress of patients, as well as to refer patients who require other medical attention. 11        Atte
