Responsibilities: Assist in the execution and maintenance of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Resource Requirements Planning (RRP) within Oracle Fusion, ensuring accurate demand signals are translated into actionable procurement and production orders. Maintain and update planning master data in Oracle Fusion, including item lead times, safety stock levels, and all other planning parameters, to ensure data accuracy as the foundation for reliable MRP outputs. Review and resolve MRP exception messages daily — including reschedule-in/out recommendations, cancellations, and past-due orders — to maintain schedule integrity. Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Shop Floor teams to align the Master Production Schedule (MPS) with actual capacity constraints, flagging bottlenecks and recommending corrective actions. Support the configuration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Advanced Manufacturing Execution System (MES), integrating real-time shop floor data into planning workflows to improve scheduling accuracy and reduce unplanned downtime.
