Consortium of Al Jomaih Energy and Water Co. Ltd. (JENWA), EDF, Ajlan & Bros. and Buhur for Investment Company is developing new gas fired CCGT power plants on a build, own and operate (“BOO”) basis. The Taiba 2 IPP and Qassim 2 IPP shall comprise all facilities necessary for the generation of power with a total net capacity of 1,980 MW each at Reference Site Conditions. The Initial C
