We are looking for an experienced PMO Expert to establish and manage project governance, standards, reporting, and performance management across multiple projects and initiatives. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, policies, and standards . Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates, processes, and procedures. Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies . Consolidate project status reports and provide executive-level dashboards and insights . Track project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and overall portfolio performance. Manage and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). Support project managers with planning, scheduling, resource management, and delivery governance. Identify project risks and delays and drive appropriate mitigation and corrective actions. Coordinate with business, technical, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment. Prepare steering committee and management presentations . Support portfolio prioritization, resource
