Job Purpose HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly qualified Procurement Manager to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will spearhead the program-wide procurement frameworks and sourcing strategies for a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity. You will be providing program-level leadership, governance, coordination, and commercial oversight for all procurement and tendering activities across the program, ensuring all sourcing plans, supplier management systems, long-lead item strategies, and supply chain risks are fully integrated and aligned with project schedules, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and the Client’s overall program objectives, while supporting the successful delivery of the overall development program.
