About the Role We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic customer engagements across our software delivery portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of delivery governance, client relationship management, and commercial oversight , the Program Manager will lead multiple concurrent projects, mentor a team of Project Managers, and act as a trusted partner to enterprise clients — particularly within the telecom and government sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Program Governance & Delivery •    Oversee end-to-end delivery across assigned programs, monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and quality against contractual commitments. •    Maintain a consolidated program-level RAID log and provide the PMO Head with a clear view of risks and exposure. •    Ensure delivery teams follow the company's methodology, stage gates, and change control processes. •    Coordinate cross-project resource allocation and resolve dependencies across teams.
