Job Purpose HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly qualified Project Control Manager to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead the program-wide project controls framework and performance analytics for a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity. You will be providing program-level leadership, governance, coordination, and financial/controls oversight for all project controls functions across the program, ensuring cost control, progress measurement, performance forecasting, KPI management, and trend analysis are fully integrated to provide accurate performance intelligence to PMCM Management and the Client, while supporting the successful delivery of the overall development program.
