The Director - Project Management & Delivery will be responsible for leading the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of projects within the Urban Core development program, comprising mixed-use developments, public realm, civic infrastructure, retail, F&B, commercial office, lifestyle, mobility, and destination assets. The delivery lead will provide strategic oversight of project management, delivery integration, programme controls, procurement coordination, construction interfaces, operational readiness, and governance activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved business objectives. The role requires a highly experienced project management and delivery professional capable of translating development vision into executable delivery strategies, managing complex stakeholder environments, and ensuring world-class project outcomes across cost, schedule, quality, risk, and operational performance.
