Job Purpose HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary PMCM team at work package level as part of a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of a major land development and infrastructure project on behalf of the client, overseeing Developer, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and stakeholders throughout the construction and handover phases. The role requires strong leadership in construction management of Design and Build projects, contract administration, program controls, quality, commercial management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and project governance to ensure the successful delivery of the project in accordance with client’s objectives, approved schedules, budgets, quality standards, statutory requirements, and PMCM governance procedures.
