Job Purpose: The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all project activities, materials, and deliverables comply with applicable quality standards, specifications, codes, and contractual requirements. The role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and audits, and driving continuous improvement across all project phases. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards. Prepare and update Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality control procedures, and method statements. Conduct site/factory inspections at key stages (material receipt, in-process, and final inspection) to verify compliance with drawings and specifications. Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and subcontractor quality documentation. Witness and coordinate third-party inspections, testing, and certifications as required. Identify non-conformances, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure. Conduct internal audits and support external/client audits; prepare audit reports and follow
