As a QA/QC Engineer, you will collaborate with project teams to foster a culture of quality while monitoring compliance with both internal policies and external regulations. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections and audits to verify compliance with industry standards and project specifications Develop and refine quality assurance processes, ensuring effective implementation across projects Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promptly address and resolve quality issues Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports and compliance records Analyze quality performance data to identify trends and implement improvements Provide quality-related training and support to project personnel Facilitate communication regarding quality objectives and performance across all project stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field At least 10-15 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the civil engineering sector Thorough understanding of quality assurance methodologies and relevant industry standards Proficient in quality control procedures and documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Effective communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively Experience with quality management systems and tools
