Job Title Quality Engineer Job Summary The Quality Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure products comply with customer, regulatory, and company requirements. The engineer works closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to improve product quality and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures. Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyze quality data and identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues using root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, 8D). Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify their effectiveness. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records. Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits when required. Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 9001 , IATF 16949 , AS9100 , or othe
