Responsibilities:      Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements. Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization. Identify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies. Analyze efficiency of quality assurance standards ISO 9001 and API Q1. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality. Oversees all ESP component testing, including motors, protectors, pumps, and MLEs, ensuring compliance with API/IEEE standards. Manage full‑system and vertical‑well ESP testing programs, validate performance data, and certify results. Archive all internal audits and other quality assurance activities documentation. Investigate and report customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Collect and compile statistical quality data. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
