Job Description Overview The Quantity Surveyor Manager will be responsible for managing all quantity surveying, measurement, valuation, cost control, and commercial administration activities associated with the Projects. The role will ensure effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle, from construction through final account settlement, while maintaining compliance with contractual, commercial, and client requirements. Your role Quantity Measurement & Cost Management Measure and quantify construction works in accordance with contract requirements and approved drawings. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and verify contractor-reported quantities. Monitor project costs against approved budgets and forecasts. Track quantities associated with bridge, highway, and infrastructure works throughout the construction lifecycle. Interim Valuations & Payment Certification Review contractor interim payment applications. Verify quantities, progress achievements, and supporting documentation.
