Recruitment Specialist Position Overview HanmiGlobal is seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to support recruitment activities across Saudi Arabia while contributing to regional hiring requirements across the MENA region. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through onboarding. Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across technical, engineering, project management, commercial, and corporate support functions. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare candidate summaries and recruitment recommendations. Conduct reference checks where required.
