Position Summary HanmiGlobal Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Resident Mechanical Engineer to join its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for a major residential development project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical engineering activities during construction, ensuring that mechanical systems are installed, tested, commissioned, and handed over in full compliance with the contract documents, applicable codes, quality standards, and project schedule. Project : Major Residential Development Project Key Responsibilities Supervise all mechanical construction activities, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, LPG (where applicable), and associated mechanical systems. Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and technical submissions.
