Sign in / Sign Up Home Page Career Opportunities When You Work With Us About Olayan OFC OSHCO Company All Location All Department All Clear Req ID:  4026 Product Support Specialist Date:  24 Aug 2026 Company:  General Contracting Company Location:  Riyadh, SA Department:  Sales & Marketing Sub Department:  Sales & Marketing - Field Sales Number of Openings:  1 Role Purpose To grow after-sales revenue by promoting and selling genuine parts, service solutions, and maintenance contracts to customers in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing field support to improve customer satisfaction and overall after-sales profitability. Job Accountabilities & Activities - Achieve assigned monthly and annual targets for parts sales, service contract sales, and total after-sales revenue. - Promote genuine parts, lubricants, repair services, and PM packages. - Execute structured weekly/monthly customer visit plans across assigned locations - Maintain up-to-date customer visit reports and opportunity pipelines in CRM. - Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations, service jobs, and pending opportunities. - Identify and target new fleets, workshops, contractors, and logistics operators across KSA. - Conduct field prospecting through site visits. - Build and maintain a sales funnel of potential new customers. - Submit weekly sales reports, visit summaries, and forecasts to management. - Maintain accurate CRM entries and comply with company reporting policies. - Follow company safety policies and adhere to all Saudi regulations when visiting customer sites. Education & Certifications Minimum Diploma degree or equivalent experience Required Years of Experience 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in after-sales, field sales, or parts/service sales within KSA.
