Their role is crucial in maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while effectively managing resources and stakeholders. Job Accountabilities & Activities - Manage and oversee multiple commercial real estate projects simultaneously, from planning through execution and closeout. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and project risks are managed effectively. - Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders. - Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. - Manage project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and addressing budget variances promptly. - Facilitate communication and foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. - Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field. Required Years of Experience Proven experience (2 years) in project management within the commercial real estate sector.
